Work on infrastructure that matters, with people who document it properly

We hire engineers who care about how a thing is built, not just whether it powered on. In exchange you get real projects, sponsored certification, a lab you can break things in, and seniors who explain rather than gatekeep.

What we offer

The things engineers actually ask us about

Certification, paid for

Exam fees, official training and study time during working hours. We have sponsored over 140 certifications, from CCNA through CCIE, NSE, PCNSE, VCP, AZ and CISSP.

A real lab

Racked kit from every vendor we sell, available to book. Build it, break it, restore it. Every project is staged there before it goes to a client site.

Seniors who teach

Design reviews are a discussion, not an approval gate. Juniors sit in on architecture sessions from month one and present their own work by month six.

Sane on-call

Rostered, compensated and rotated. Out-of-hours work is planned and paid, and a night cutover means a day off, not a normal Monday.

Visible progression

Published competency framework for each track (network, security, systems, applications and service desk) so you know exactly what the next level requires.

Standard benefits, properly

Health cover for you and dependants, transport allowance, project bonuses, and 22 days of leave that you are expected to actually take.

Hiring process

Four steps, about two weeks

No unpaid take-home projects and no eight-round interview loops. You will always hear back either way.

01

CV review

A human reads it. You get a yes or a no within five working days.

02

Technical conversation

Sixty minutes with two engineers, about work you have actually done. Bring a design you are proud of.

03

Lab exercise

Two hours in our lab on a realistic scenario, with us in the room. Paid, and scheduled to suit you.

04

Offer

Salary band shared up front, benefits explained in writing, start date agreed around your notice period.

Candidate questions

Asked at almost every interview

Yes, into the service desk and field services tracks, and increasingly into the NOC. We would rather grow engineers than fight over the same twenty senior people in the market. If you have a home lab and can explain what you built in it, that counts for more with us than a grade average.

Partially. NOC, SOC and software roles work hybrid, typically two days from home. Field, project and infrastructure roles are on site by nature, because the racks are not going to cable themselves. We are honest about which is which in the job description.

We cover a second attempt. Nobody is asked to repay a failed exam, and it does not affect your review. What we do ask is that you sit it. Booking a date and never taking it is the only outcome we treat as a problem.

For senior and specialist roles, yes. We handle residency paperwork and provide a relocation allowance for candidates moving to Erbil, Baghdad or Basra from elsewhere in Iraq or abroad. It is assessed case by case and confirmed before you resign anything.

Nothing above fits, but you would be good here?

Send a CV and a short note about what you would want to work on. We read every one, and we have created roles for the right person more than once.
