The more you can tell us about sites, user counts and what already exists, the more useful our first response will be. Nothing you send is shared outside our team.

What happens next

  • Within one working day: an engineer, not a call centre, replies with clarifying questions.
  • Within one week: a site survey is scheduled if the scope warrants one. It is free.
  • Within two weeks: you receive a written findings report and a costed proposal.
  • Always: the findings report is yours to keep, whether or not you buy from us.

Before you write

Quick answers

Yes, for organisations within reasonable travel of Erbil, Baghdad or Basra. For remote sites requiring flights or overnight travel we ask you to cover travel costs only, agreed in writing before we book anything. The findings report is yours either way.

Of course, and we prefer it. Send us yours, or ask for our standard mutual NDA and we will have it back to you the same day. Network diagrams and security assessments should never move without one.

Regularly. We can provide company registration documents, tax clearance, vendor authorisation letters, bank guarantees and technical compliance matrices in the formats normally requested. Send us the tender pack and we will confirm within two days whether we intend to bid.

Quotations are issued in USD or IQD as you prefer. Project payments are normally staged against milestones, and managed services are billed monthly or quarterly in advance. Terms are stated on every quotation, and there are no fees that appear later.

Often, yes. Plenty of our work sits alongside an incumbent rather than replacing them, particularly on specialist scopes like data center facilities, security operations or a one-off migration. And if your current provider is doing well, we will tell you that too.
